Love for Hops

To be as true as possible to the style we have produced an original yeast strain from one of the most renowned British breweries. The malts are 100% imported from England and the hopping stems from a mix of varieties of hops cultivated mainly in Kent.
Our water has been adapted to emulate the salt water used to produce the Bitters and we worked with the ingredients in a manner as close as possible to the traditional English techniques.
With the complexity of its fermentative perfumes and hops flower, its dryness and its moderate 4.8 percentage of alcohol.
