Cinghios is a Bock Beer to dark wheat. Its wort is produced in decoction from a complex mixture of pale, caramel and dark malt. It is Weizen fermented with yeast and fermented in the vat with the addition of further wort and another yeast strain. The nose reveals notes of banana, spice, licorice and chocolate.
It is warm and enveloping in the mouth, with a pleasant aftertaste and a satisfying ending.
