An unmistakable Beer, with dominant notes of coffee and chocolate resulting from roasted cereals.
The color is black, sometimes even impenetrable depending on the type and proportion of malts used. In our “Back in Black”, in contrast, we have managed the fermentation variables to induce the yeast to openly contribute to its aromatic complexity.
With its 4.8 percent alcohol is still a sociable beer to drink in quantity as they do normally in Ireland.
